 Individuality is the key to success. Trust Yourself. 

 

There’s a fair amount of talk about trust lately. Trust this. Trust that. But here is the thing… If you don’t trust Yourself first, putting trust in others is not coming that easy. If at all. Trust is build on understanding. Do you understand Yourself well enough to trust Yourself?

Image. Are you being seen for what you want to be seen for? For what is truly important for you.

Are you sure you are showing it?

------------------------------

Voice. Are you aware that every person has a specific set of voices to express oneself, to get one’s own opinion noticed and to achieve specific goals. Do you know your voices?

------------------------------

Failure. Failure is the route to trust. Knowing how things don’t work leads to the knowledge how things work leads to trust in oneself and in personal success.

------------------------------

Truth. There is always more than one truth. But there is always only one mechanism in the background. How to bring a mechanism to life is a choice forming one truth. Only one. Many different truths are possible with only one mechanism.

------------------------------

Failure & Destruction. Never an easy route to take. Hurtful almost all the time. But absolutely necessary for development, change, growth and continuing success. The ability to let go and to accept failure & destruction as a part of future success is a must have for every High Performer and every Leader.

Nine out of ten problems are not your own. This is why you can’t find a solution for them. No matter how hart you are trying and not matter how much energy your are wasting. So let go what’s not yours. Wait for what is truly right for you.

Connection. How do you connect with others? Are you happy with being like the others or do you prefer the contrast? Are you aware that you are having your very own style to enter and live successful connections of all sorts?

------------------------------

What if all these seemingly unrelated dramas in the world are actually connected? What if there is a collective thought and lesson to learn to it? Like in a company where there is never just one thing going absolutely wrong and affecting nothing else. Can we allow ourselves to only see what’s right in front of us or is it the over all scheme where the truth is to be found?

Frequency. Are you aware that we are all sending on a special frequency based on our unconscious behavior patterns? We are all like radios. Tuned in to a certain station. In switching to consciously using our very unique Individuality we can change that frequency any time. To be who we want to be. To have the success we want to have.

Waiting.

Waiting for the right time is the skill for success of the kings and queens of Individuality. How do you feel about waiting?

What is it you need more of, to be true to Yourself?

Individuality is the key to success. Do you dare to live your unique Individuality? Trust Yourself.

It is the accumulation of all the little things that leads to success. It’s about consistency. Unfortunately a lot of times, if we don’t see results right away… we quit. But if we stick with what we chose for ourselves, we may not be sure which day it will be, but the day will come eventually when success starts to show and then grows into what we like it to be.

------------------------------

The fear of confronting the truth undermines development and growth in all areas for around half of all human beings. Such a loss. Cause the truth behind the obvious most often is a real beauty.

Every life has a signature. Which is yours?    

------------------------------

Worth & Value. What is your worth and what are your values? Major important question to answer before you are looking to position yourself in business. Without being clear about your worth and values chances are you will soon be searching for the sense in your professional life. But… Are you aware that around 65% of all people are having a hard time to actually identify their worth & values, let alone live them by putting them into action?

Are you aware of the fact that for around 33% of human beings the route to success leads through realizing FIRST how things don’t work? Meaning around a third of the population most likely will be frustrated and see themselves as a failure constantly if they think they need to do things right the first time around. Cause that is just not their concept. Knowing and sharing how things do not work is a substantial part of everything. Being it one’s own journey or the discovery of a badly needed vaccine. Discovering how things do not work will eventually lead to great success.

Stress. Are you aware that around 40% of all human beings are in (sometimes severe) stress cause they are in a hurry to get things done as fast as possible to be free of pressure? The other around 60% are having individual stress mechanisms which provide them with the energy they need to be successful in whatever they are doing.

Empathy. A concept wildly misunderstood. Do you know that empathy is a potential a person is born with or not? One can learn to listen more, give one’s best to understand better and be most respectful with others, but true empathy – meaning to feel what others feel – is something one has or not. The one’s born with this potential are all having an individual depth of empathy. 

------------------------------

Many leaders are talking about the positive impact the crisis 2020 had on the deepening of the connection between all team members but fear, that will be lost as soon as things get back to a new normal. Do you know that one of the four survival instincts all human beings share is connection (with others), but everybody has a different priority scheme? For some connections are vital and for others not so much.

------------------------------

Do you know that there is a specific reason in the Individual Personality for some sales people can not seem to get the signature and others get the signatures easy but have a high cancelation rate?

------------------------------

Have you ever thought about the probability that this crisis is here for a good cause? It is a natural procedure that things need to break and vanish to make room for new and better things to arise. To ensure growth and safety in the future. All major changes in history began with something seemingly going wrong. Leading to something better eventually. Even if it was hardly bearable while lasting. Haven’t you experienced that yourself at some point in your life? Everybody has individual potentials to come out of crisis grown and strong.

Do you know that the success of selling ideas, growth, changes, unpopular developments, etc. as well as products and services is based on using your individual set of Selling Potentials consciously?

In the time of ongoing crisis and it’s consequences… Have you known that every person has a very specific set of fears? Running the show subconsciously. For example the fears of chaos, rejection, authority or inadequacy. Knowing one’s own fears means being able to act correctly any time. Enabling to see what really needs to be done. Leading to success. Instead of reacting out of unknown fears prompting most likely a tiring and frustrating run in a hamster wheel leading nowhere or worse.

Part of a thriving career is the ability to know when enough is enough and therefore time to change the environment. Do you have a feeling for the right timing?

------------------------------

The urge to need to prove something to oneself or to others is the second most common impulse to leap into action. All to often leading to action not being personally correct and therefore leading nowhere truly desirable but going nowhere, fast.

------------------------------

Do you really think that the same 5 to 7 Leadership skills taught to everyone are making a great Leader? Real Leadership is grounded in a personal set of individual Leadership Potentials. Do you know your unique Potentials?

In retrospect in 2015 not a single person got the answer right to “Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?” Besides the fact that the current situation is showing us that we can never really know what will happen the next moment, did you know that around half the population is not even goal but process oriented? Which is a whole different ball game in how to approach success.

If you are always putting in everything you’ve got but the results never match the effort… have you considered that you are doing the right thing in the wrong environment? Every person has special outside settings to thrive successfully.

Have you known that the strategy for success in Leadership for some people lies in the ability of keeping still?

Is your outside Image the one you want it to be? Have you known that authenticity is the Leadership component N° 1 to make a lasting impact and to make your outside Image trustworthy?

Every person got a very unique, individual set of potentials to be material successful. Telling which career or business is to be a success on the material plane and which not. Having that information makes life so much easier.

A career that is authentic to one’s true Individuality has an amazing impact on the private life as well. The moment job and finances are secured and personally satisfying these feelings transport themselves into all other parts of life.
